- 5 players per side, including goalkeeper.
- 45-minute game slots with 5-minute transitions.
- Matching team jerseys and shin guards required.
- No metal cleats or turf shoes on court.
- Maximum 10 players per roster.
Scoring
- Win = 3 points, draw = 1 point, loss = 0 points.
- Tiebreaker 1: head-to-head.
- Tiebreaker 2: goal differential, capped at +5 per game.
- Tiebreaker 3: goals scored.
- Tiebreaker 4: coin flip.
